Asset Tracking & Management

We are often asked for cost-effective solutions for asset tracking of furniture, office equipment and devices in schools and libraries.

Library management software can often be used for this purpose but this is not always possible due to login restrictions, or a seperate application is more practical.

For a simple setup we recommend you consider using Microsoft Access or Microsoft Excel to store your inventory data, and a barcode scanner and barcode printer to quickly and easily tag your inventory.

Microsoft Access which is included with Microsoft Office has an 'Asset Tracking Management Template' built-in that can be customised to your needs fairly easily.
